We booked and paid for 2 weeks! When we first got in our room our refrigerator was leaking so the lady upfront came and mopped it up. Then the toilet started leaking. So the young lady upfront stated that she would send the handy man in the morning. Well he never came!!! They also don’t tell you that when you stay overnight housekeeping doesn’t stop by to give you anything. I didn’t find that out until I called the front desk the second day. We had to put our trash outside our door and go to the front desk for towels. There were a few days when housekeeping took the trash but left no bags. The entire room needs updating. You need some muscle to pull out the shower handle. I’ve never seen that type of shower in a hotel before. We needed to leave early due to a family emergency and we checked out but management wouldn’t give us refund for the 5 days we didn’t stay nor would they answer the phone from the ********** representative. This place just had entirely tooooo much going on! Stay if you need to save money and just want yo lay your head down, but don’t expect anything else!!

For starters when I walked in, the room had a very putrid smell. The bed was hard, the bathroom had hair in the shower, and the room also was very warm. I went to open a window and there was no screen on the window. I was staying on the second floor and found this to be an extremely dangerous situation. I called the front desk after 11 PM to obtain a password

We had a quick overnight for a meeting and I picked this hotel because it was the best deal. It really needs a facelift, but was clean, quiet and we slept great. Totally what I expected for the price.

I liked how nice the facility was. Continental breakfast should’ve had sausage and eggs

Pool and hot tub were nice, complementary breakfast to satisfactory. Not impressed with the bed, but the room was great. Good bang for the buck

Close to grocery store, restaurants & convention center. Hotel rooms are a little out dated, but roomy. Staff was friendly, breakfast area clean with options of (waffles, cereal, pastries).

Booked for 2 nights and on the afternoon of the second day had a employee knock on the door while I was in the shower and my husband was napping. After a second short knock he came in - was stopped by my husband - claimed that was coming to empty wastebasket and replace towels - have not had this done since Covid. Manager said that we needed to have DO NOT DISTURB sign out. Need to tell people when they arrive that this service is again taking place!!

Everything was very good, check in was smooth, the person was very helpful, room was comfy and clean, breakfast was good.

It was a great hotel for the price. But the beds are extremely hard after a few days. Need new mattresses. Everyone was kind, no elevator, laundry on second floor. But over all was great for the 10 days we stayed!
